As most items are made to order, cancellations must be made within 2 days of ordering. Attempting to cancel after 2 days may not be accepted due to customizations already finalized. However, if you cancel before production or customization has begun, you may receive a full refund.
To make a return, please follow these easy steps:
1. Email us at [email protected] or by using the below Contact Form within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
2. Pack the items securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.
3. You will need to return the item (address will be provided via email) to the outside of the package and send it back to us.
4. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. We will process the return within 7 days of receipt of the returned item(s).
Please note:
– Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
– We are unable to accept returns of customized or personalized products, unless the product is defective. A picture of the defect will be requested for returns on customized items.
– All returns are subject to inspection. If we determine that the product has been used, altered, or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee.
